I found out how but you have to have a droid or the app for this fourum.

When you reply to the thread there should be an attachment button towards the top. Hit that and use an existing pic or take a new one

Yes, when u press reply, in the upper left corner is a button (see picture) that let's u upload pics from ur phone.
Did this with my iPhone

Unfortunatly u can't yet as far as I know u have to be on a computer unless ur on a Droid or iPhone u could go too AA in your web browser instead of the app and try from there
