80G flow rate

Any ideas what the recommended flow rate for 80G/400litres? I have seen different theories of either 10x the capacity or 20x?

[Reefing Madness]

For a fish ony tank you go with 10x your DT volume
For a Reef tank, it starts at 20x your DT volume and goes up, depending on the types of corals your keeping.

in my 90g I have 2 1200 on opposite sides on top criss cross 2 900 on opposite sides on the bottom opposite the top ones and a 300 on back wall facing forward I get awesome flow in every direction

I have a reef tank and a 3300, 3000 and use the 3000 return pump for flow too. Wasn't sure if I needed more
