I recently got a 90 gallon tank but I'm not sure what size sump to get. Any suggestions?

Well, the bigger the better, but that also factors in limitations such as space. Remember, the more water in your system the easier it will be to fight swings in parameters. Also, what type of plumbing are you thinking of doing? I've seen successful systems with and without refugiums. If it helps in my 75 gallon have a 35 gallon sump that contains my skimmer, UV filter, sock, and refugium.

In a perfect world you'd have a dedicated room for a sump ;)

normally 5 times would be good but you need to allow for uv's skimmers the pump head and so on, so I would go with something in the 1200 to 1300 gph range.
