If i give it generous feeding could that help stop bleaching?

Possibly. Bleaching is the coral expelling it's zooxanthellae for one reason or another. It may be too much light, or a parameter out of whack. Hard to give a concrete answer at this point.

There is a lot of good advice in here but I'd like to add something. I purchased 2 acans on the same day. One frag that had 5 heads and one that had 15. I put them beside each other in my tank. The 5 head frag now has 40 heads and the 15 head frag now has 15. Litteraly has not grown a single head. Same light source, same tank, same flow, same everything and not a new head.

Just saying, parameters are very important but not always the cause of slow growth.
