Acanthastrea

I have two acanthastrea frags and absolutely love this type of coral. I was wondering if anybody knew if they will multiply from a frag and start spreading around the rock they are placed on?

Yes they definetly will.

They should under the right conditions. Right conditions means pristine water parameters.
