acclimating chaeto??

i know it maybe silly, but should i acclimate chaeto? i just ordered some off of ebay and expecting it soon. thanks!

I don't, but I do take some fresh tank water in a bucket and "rinse" the chaeto in it before putting it in the sump.

I just put it in my HOB fuge that way I get all the pods from it with out loosing them. Its the cheapest way for me to get extra pods! However I like Hara's idea because you can pull out any pesky creatures that you may not want in your tank.

I do the same thing in my sump. So far, there have been lots of critters for my Mandarin
