How long do I need to leave it on after I turn off my t5 super daylight off.

You dont need them at all. I have mine on a little long but I have blues/actinics on from 7am to 7pm and then whites from 10 am to 5 pm. Im probably going to shorten it a little though.

Actinic lights are generally kept on for an hour before daylights, and an hour after daylights. It really depends on you. Some do half hour before and after, some do none and only keep actinics on along with daylights only.

I wouldn't recommend to keep your actinics for longer than an hour before or after the daylight photoperiod. Long actinic\daylight exposure can spur algae growth.
