My tank came with a tidepool II trickle style filter with a bio wheel. I would say that it holds about 20 gal. I want to add space so I can create a fuge. 8) I got a rubbermaid tub and some 2" pvc fittings to connect them. I am trying to figure out what order to put things in. :? My thought was to have the water hit the floss, over the bio wheel, and across a 4"dsb. Then into the next container, where i would put the heater skimmer and return pump. Is there a better setup?

That should work. If you have enough LR to handle the biofiltration, I would probably ditch the bio wheel though. The floss is OK as long as you keep it changed. Or you can rinse it in tap water...you just don't want it to get bioactive and start cranking out nitrates...leave the biofiltration to the LR. JMHO. Also, be sure you seed the sandbed with plenty of stirring critters.
