I've had good experience and heard from others about Oceanic salt having good calcium levels out of the box.

melosu58, if you don't mind I would like to know what Salt mix you use and what percent of a WC you do and how often?

I am interested because if you can keep your Ca2 at 420 without adding anything else that would be great!

Thanks,
Ryan

I'm not a reefer, but the frequency of PWCs would depend on what corals you have and how fast they use it. I am willing to bet, if you get the test kit and test every few days, you should see it drop and by that, you should know when PWCs are needed for your tank (or I could be totally off! LOL!)
