Adding live rock recycling?

Just added 50 pounds of live rock to my current 200 gallon running salttank. The rock sat in a established saltwater setup. Now a week later I'm starting to get diatoms and some green algae. Could my tank be recycling with all that new rock?

was the rock submersed during transit,if not prob a mini cycle,shouldn't last long in your tank.

Yea that's enough time to experience die-off.
