What kind of led, led lighting for coral or as moonlighting sort of deal? The 2-3 watt variety of LEDs that can support corals penetrate water very well. I would turn the LEDs down to acclaimed the corals to the new lighting. If not, put several layers of mesh over the tank and remove one a week.

The tank they are coming from gas LEDs .
My tank only has T5's

They'll be ok i dont think you'll need to acclimate them you may lose some color due to the lower PAR but they should do just fine Be sure to keep on eye on them if they bleach shorten your light period. Keep in mind that the colors will differ because of the different lights Nice score!

All I originally wanted was the live rock to add to my tank . I'm still not sure about all the mushrooms ,
I am going to look for a link and research how frag and get rid of some
