advice on size of skimmer and pump

Hello all, I am brandy new here. I have a 37 gal reef tank. I am wanting to set up a refugium, and skimmer for my tank. I will be using a 10 gal tank for now. I have looked up plans for the build, but am lost as to what size sump pump, and skimmer for it. Any advice would be awesome, and a huge thanks in advance.

I would look for a sump pump rated for 600-800gph, and a skimmer rated for 60-120gallons.
