Do I need to try and suction out the debris of a teeny-tiny aptasia?

I used Joes Juice on a tiny aptasia that had appeared in the crook of a tonga branch rock. The aninal was smaller than the end of my pinkie finger... It took less than one cc of juice to dissolve the thing entirely - right before my eyes!!

All that remains is a slight discoloration on the rock but some seem to think I need to clean that.

What do you think?

When I zap small aptasia like that I don't worry about it, however when I zap a large one with a lot of JJ I try to clean it up after about 20 minutes or so. I don't like leaving that much stuff in my system. I also make sure that all pumps are turned off when I use JJ so that it gets on the target and not sprayed all over the tank.
