Aggressive clown

I have two ocellaris clowns I have had them about 4 months an the larger one has become very aggressive to the smaller so bad that the smaller one stays his under a rock if he tries to come out the other one darts over to get him . Any suggestions
 
We're they added as the same type? Same breed of clown?
The larger seems to be female already at this point and may be harassing the smaller male to mate. Or maybe she just doesn't like him...
 
Yes they were added at same time an are the same kind. They were together at all times until just one day it turned on the other one.
 
Sounds like her biological clock is ticking like a timebomb. You might see some eggs eventually once they get their order established and she is asserts this whole dominant trends for mating.
