Well i've never encountered this before.

Last night I found a really nice Red Anthias fish at the LFS. I don't have any red in the tank so I picked it up.

Got home, aclimated and added it to the tank. The second my Japanese Swallow tail angel saw it she went after it. She became like a shark, normally she slowly swims around the tank grazing but all off a sudden she's swimming in fast circles and every time the new fish came out she attacked. I turned off all the lights and the Anthias hid.

Is this something you've experienced before? Will they ever get along or is this just a super bad pairing. I've added fish before and she's never noticed them at all, this is totally new.

What size is your tank? Swallow tails grow to apx 7 in. it could stressed by over crowding
