Aip?

Can Aips be clear? I have an anomone that just sprouted up in the past 24 hours. It's very small and I guess it could be an aip, but it's not reddish brown at all. It's white/clear, maybe half the size of a dime.

Might be an Astrangia SP or Phyllangia SP

Yes aips can be clear, one of their common names is glass anemone. It could also be one of the species of coral mentioned above or other colonial anemone. Either species mentioned above will have a calcerous skeleton.

I haven't added anything to the tank in like two months. I guess this means there is a hidden one multiplying or somethng...
