I found this note in the October 2009 issue of "Tropical Fish hobbyist" Magazine. On page 19 of Q&A, Lysmata wurdemanni is the only pepperment shrimp that eats the aiptasia anemone. The other pepperment shrimp that sometimes come on the market is Lysmata californica...It comes from the cooler waters off california where as Lysmata wurdemanni comes from the waters of the Caribbean.
So be sure to ask for the correct "pepperment shrimp".
