i left my tank alone for about 2 weeks and when i came home
algae was everywhere...even on the rocks.
i dont know if its hair algae or not..
its whitish...and kinda fuzzy on the rocks..but on the back glass it
looks like hair algae...
what do i do??!
should i just do water changes...i kinda overfed my tank before i left so
that might be the problem but any help would be appreciated.

A WC is a definite. Did any fish/corals die? Check your water parameters and post them.

Real bad. You need some WC now to get the NH3 down. What died? What is the NO2 reading? That NH3 will kill everything soon if you do not get some water changes going.
