Algae just started

when i woke up yesterday, i found some algae in my tank
( i thought it was weird i didnt have any after 3 weeks and a half)
neways i was wondering if any of you could suggest any good algae fighter ( cleaning crew)
right now, i have 1 blue hermit crab and 1 turbo snail ( the tank is 20g)

How much is "some algae"? Do you know what type of algae it is? Not all algae is bad and grows out of control.
