Algae problem (new Pics)

Looks like coralline to me, too. I've never seen cyano or diatoms grow in circular patterns like that. The diatoms (brown dusty stuff) the I get is more of a haze.

Coralline will start on the glass long before it grows on rocks.

When I scraped coralline off the glass, both green and pink, with a razor, it came off in rolls. Like little hors dervers or something. My tang and parrotfish gobbled it all up in minutes.

Ah.... so you do have cyano. You are having 2 kinds of algae. The red stuff is cyano, the green stuff is the early form of hair algae, i believe.
