Bottled phyto plankton is not much more than nutrients in a bottle to contaminate your tank. If you have certain filter feeding organisms it can be used to target feed them. If you're interested in using phytoplankton, is highly suggest starting a live culture and feed the fresh product. It's super easy to do and won't add excess nutrients into your tank.
