Algagen Green Water?

Just got this product called algagen green water, to my understanding its phyto plankton, what are the benefits of it in my tank, and how many times a week should i feed? Anyone have experience with this stuff?

Bottled phyto plankton is not much more than nutrients in a bottle to contaminate your tank. If you have certain filter feeding organisms it can be used to target feed them. If you're interested in using phytoplankton, is highly suggest starting a live culture and feed the fresh product. It's super easy to do and won't add excess nutrients into your tank.
 
From what i understand, it is alive, they keep a live culture at the lfs and bag it for customers

They keep it in a system shaped kind of like a cone, i assume they have water flowing thru it and some kind of filtration

Do i have to keep it at a certain temp?
