algea in fuge

I am getting some brown algae in my 30g fuge. My tests say 0 nitrates and .25 phosphates. Is this a normal process? I just put it in last week. No problems in the main.

Yeah, a little, some cheato and sea lettuce. So it will burn out eventually? I can't really vaccum it out where it's at, so I guess a clean up crew it my only option?
