Algea this ugly brown

My tank is filled with reddish brown algea everywhere from the sand to the glass , it looks bad, and I was wondering how to deal with it , when I clean it it comes back instantly

Cyanobacteria. Increase the flow in the tank as it thrives in low flow areas. You’ll also want to do a water change with ro/di water to bring the nutrients down.
