All around fish food.?

What is the best all around fish food for my reef tank?. At this point I only have snails, 2 peppermint shrimp and a mated pair of coral banded shrimp....and one damsel that I cant get rid of...for coral I have a rock full of shrooms

Well, here's what I have: frozen mysis shrimp cubes, formula 1, formula 2, and bio blend marine pellets (that came free with a tub of IO salt). I also have seaweed selects...but my fish don't touch it. the turbo snails do tho...

There is no one best food. You need to provide some variety. You might also do a search on "blender mush."
