Go to betterwhois.com and you can look up the contact info for whoever that domain is registered under.

It seems like alot of your posts are about other websites and asking why they are down. It would be best to just go to the source and contact the domain owner. The whois information will give you just about every bit of info you need on a domain owner and thus you can contact them and find out direct from the source.
