Anemone injury

Placed my new guy on a rock and thought he had a grip but as soon as I let go he jetted into the powerhead. Maybe 5% damaged. Do they release any toxins when injured and will it heal or what? The injured tentacles shrunk at first but swelled back up after a Few hours but still have kinks in them.

He should be fine as long as the foot wasnt damaged. No they don't release toxins.
