anemone walked off!

This morning my florida condi anemone was between 2 rocks, it looked good. Just now I realized it's totally gone 8O, I looked around and thru the glass reflection and it's nowhere to be seen. This thing is about 4-5" . I don't want to move rocks around for fear of crushing it somewhere. Is this regular behavior? I know they move around, but totally dissapear?

It could be squeezed down between the rocks. Are all your intakes covered?

Yep, all inlets have a net... I'm giving it a couple of days to come out, then I'll do a deeper search. Maybe it needs to be alone...

I've seen Condis do this before. Mine just deflated and hid underneath a rock for about two days.

well they love to walk as i stated earlier.... but they want to find a place where they are happy (ie: flow, light, etc) but eventually they will find a place and attach themselves
