Anenome in a 29?

I have a 29 with 9.5 wpg. Can I house an anemone in the tank, or is it too small? If so, which anemones would be best suited to live in this environment?

What type of light do you have? At 9.5watts/gal it may be a bit too intense for a BTA. They prefer a little less light, and if MH it may just end up hiding in a cave.
