I'm starting to get a little concerned about the size of 1 of 3 crabs, it has doubled in size in the last 6 weeks, about 3" should I be worried?

I have heard that once they get to adult size they are more Likely to eat corals and generally a pain in the ars. My main concern is will it go for fish when they are sleeping in the rock?

Cheers

If its growing it means its getting plenty to eat. Not sure why your worried about it as you knew when you purchased them that they would grow lol. But its pretty much only when they run out of algae they may go for coral like zoanthids. They will not harm your fish. Only way it could catch one of your fish is if the fish were already ill and dying.
