I recently bought a condy (for $5.00) at the lfs. It was doing good untill this eve. I fed it a piece of cooked thawed shrimp. I then turned out the lights and headed to bed. Well I couldn't sleep so I decided to go watch the fish for awhile. (that usually relaxes me so I can sleep). I noticed that the condy was all drawn in and looked dead. I did some research and seen that it is normal to withdraw. I just wanted to make sure that it looks ok and it's not dying.

Ammonia - 0 ppm
Nitrites- 0 ppm
ph 8.0
nitrates - 20 ppm ( doing a water change 2morrow)
75 gal with 2 40watt bulbs ( i know this is not nearly enough but the lfs said the condy's would do ok)
Fluval 403
HOT magnum 250 or 350 can't rember
40 lbs live rock
1- clown
1- yellow tang
2- damsels
1- madrin
4 hermits, 10 or 12 sand siftinf snails, 3 horseshoe crabs, 2 sally crabs, 2 sand sifting stars.

Looks fine. He's just eating. When it's digested he's going to expel the waste and look even worse than he does now.
