Anti red

Has anyone ever used anti red to get rid of red slime algae cyano bacteria I am having small out break...

I have heard that stuff works but your small outbreak will just start again when your done using it... You need to fix the problem not buy a temporary solution.

I understand that but I have no idea where its coming from or what causes it any help is appreciated

mainly over feeding and not enough water flow
