I'm assuming this antique coral is dead coral. That's what it looks like.
This is what one of my LFS sells as base rock. Is this good to use as base rock?
She also sells LR right out of her existing saltwater tanks. All her fish are active and look healthy to me.
When looking at her LR, what should I be looking for. I mean in terms of good healthy pieces to buy? Should I be looking at color on the rock or what?
