Any conflicts with housing SPS w/ softies?

Am told that there's nutritional and environmental conflicts in raising SPS's with soft corals in the same tank. Can anybody describe these issues? Thanks all!

Softies release chemicals as a natural defense(chemical warfare) method to drive off encroaching corals. These chemicals can inhibit the growth of SPS. Toad stool is one of the corals mentioned not to have with SPS

An environmental issue is that SPS tend to like really high flow and the softies more moderate. I'm sure there are more, but that's one I've heard.
