Any one know anything about Apex timers?

I didn't know where to post this but I have had a heck of a time with this apex timer I bought from Petsmart. I cannot get the timed outlets to turn on even when it says "ON". Anyone have any ideas? Unfortunately I cannot find my reciept.

prob a bad one buy another one and replace it with the bad one and take it back but i didnt say that

ya they suck ! ! !
Take it back and go to wal mart and buy 2 timers.
I got 4 of those apex times and they all did not work and it was not operator error. Takes FOREVER to set up, you have to program EACH day for each time. Can't just say light one on @ 6 off @ 9 and light 2 on @ 7 off @ 9... Go get 2 timers and yoru set.
