Anybody ever used/heard of this stuff?

Saw this stuff called Mag-rock on mrsaltwatertv.com, it's a man made, algae resistant porous rock with magnets built in, doesn't have hitchhikers or need curing. Since my aquascaping skills leave a lot to be desired, I thought I could build up the back wall with this stuff. Any thoughts?

Looks pretty cool to me. I think I can make this cheaper than buying it.
