Sorry for the long title :)

i got my new lights, odyssea 4x65 watt lights. and there kinda too bright for me!. the legs for it, raise it like 4-5" above the tank too.

it actually curently has 2-55 watt 10k bulbs, and 2 65 watt actinics.

the lights gleam out everywhere it seems, and my background doesnt look as black anymore at all. looks all faded black. i might switch to 55 watt actinics.

whats a good guess on wpgs for my tank?
its a standard 55 gallon. 38x13x21 ish, i think? ehh close enough if not.

would even dropping down to 130 watts be enuf for the easy soft stuff?
and in the future i can always just turn the other set on.

thanks in advance!

the 4x65watt fixture will certainly be better for any coral you planto keep. 130watt will allow you to keep some mushrooms and maybe some zoos. Can you post some pics of the before and after lighting change?
