I wouldn't really call it stung because it doesn't hurt, but I got hold of a bristle worm today and have the bristles to prove it, lol, and they are not coming out with tweezers.

Ice water and DONT RUB IT! I got nailed like that across the palm of my hand & made the mistake to rub it, it burned for 2 days I had so many bristles in my hand. Rubbing it just makes it worse.

Lol I already rubbed them all off, I tried pulling them out and they are just too short and fine to get a hold of, then I noticed I broke some so I just rubbed them all off. May just go on and pop a Benadryl now and sleep good tonight, but it isn't bothering me, maybe my skin on my finger tips was thick enough that I didn't get envenomated. Reminds me of cutting fiberglass and getting that dust on your skin, your hands don't really bother you but the underside of your arm will go nuts with that stuff.

Did you grab a rock and not see it? Curious is to how it got ya. Hope it doesn't hurt long.

I did grab a rock and not see it, it scared me because I felt something wiggle under my finger. I never saw the offending critter though.
