anyone use / have tips about Coral-Vital

I bought some Coral-Vital from my LFS to help my coraline algae growth. Not seeing much progress. It says on the label to be good for many things. Just doing a bit of too late research to find out if it is what it claims to be. Here is a link I found about it. It is kinda $$$

Is Coral-Vital good stuff? Is there somthing better?

I am not a pro....but from my understanding you need to have adequate calcium first before additives like that will help. I too was trying to get some Coralline growing more...I was adding the Kent Strontium & Molybdenum Supplement...but nothing happened until I got my Calcium over 420.

I am dosing aqua milk right now. Is that any good. I am fairly new to this, and it seems much easier than kalkwasser.

I hear the Aquamilk is pretty good..although the 2 part alkalinity and calcium supplements (B-ionic, etc) are more highly recommended. I would NOT recommend supplementing with anything Alk or Calcium without testing!! You could run into some problems.
