no. thats overkill.

I like the CPR Bak Pak 2R. Others like the aqua C Remora.

No need for 2 skimmers on that tank. If price is a concern, get the cpr bak-pak...you can find them for $104 on-line.
Both skimmers you mentioned are good quality. I run a CPR on my 40gallon.

I think the mag3 is a bit much for that size of tank though, the maxi-jet pump should be more than sufficient.
