Are my snails dead?

I came home to this...does this mean they are dead? Or is something happening i should know about....

those look like turbos. They usually cannot turn themselves over. You have to help keep them upright. Also they are a cooler water species and tend to die in just a few months in a normal temp(78 to 80) tank. Turn them over then watch to see if they move eventually.

they are trochus snails...i did just turn them over...so i'll just wait

They look dead to me. They also look like turbo snails to me, maybe the lfs told you the wrong thing?
