are turbo-snails asexual?

My snails were doing something funky earlier... are they sexual or asexual? I've already had 1 baby snail in my tank but my purple friedman ate it... grrrr... anyways, I was wondering if this "funkyness" they were up to might have been mating. Maybe I'll start my own "Hot Snail on Snail Action!" website...

Snails are very, very sexual

Youll soon find out when you see hundreds of snails all over the place.

Sexual, by releasing thousands of gametes into the water column. They rarely produce anything, but are good food for filter feeders.
