Baby clowns not Growing?!

Hello. I currently have a pair of breeding orange skunk clownfish. I collected the fry successfully and I am now in the process of raising them. I have managed to make about 20 survive for 5 days however they do not seem to be growing. They are in a ten gallon tank, the water quality is good, I do water changes every 2 days and feed them rotifers. If anybody knows why they are not growing please post and any suggestions are appreciated!!

you wont notice them grow too quickly,as long as their bellies are orange because of feeding enough rots and bbs then they are ok.there shouldn't be any pumps in the tank still.make sure the air bubble rate is about 5 bubbles/sec,this is so the fry can get the rots and bbs.Are they darting about?

I am down to around ten now but one of them is a lot bigger so I think I might get at least one survivor
