Baby Snails

So, I was checking out my tank when I got home last night and found there were well over 50 tiny snails all over the rocks. Has anyone had any luck with the little guys living and growing? Was anyone able to sell them? I assume they went back into hiding when I looked this morning and they were all gone.
Only snails I have are: 1 Turbo
10 Margarita
5 corona snails(astrea)

Im thinking the babies are margarita snails but its hard to tell for sure..
