Is rather have the black background so my corals pop more. I've heard of tanks producing coralline like mad, but it is very slow in my tank. Can't predict how it grows, so not really a reliable backdrop IMO.

That's my fear is that the coralline won't build up fast enough for my liking it's a very large reef I'm trying to breed

This is my saltwater background. This is using t8 lighting. Once I get my led lights, I'm super confident it will look even better.
