Base rock question

Can anyone recommend where I might be able to purchase some base rock for my 90G? I would like to have base/live for a 50/50 mix eventually. Thanks,

Mike

www.hirocks.com for dry base rock, one of our sponsors, www.liverocks.com sells a fantastic wet base rock that rivals alot of the LR out there.

Thanks for all your responses. I will use hirock.com for the dry base rock. Have you all used this base rock, and if so, have you been pleased with the product?

Thanks,

Mike

I got 60lbs a while ago. The packaging could have been better but I was very happy with the product. Lots of holes and very porus. I also added 25 lbs of LR from liverocks.com on top of that. 3 months and the coralline has started to develope on the dry base rock.
HTH

That's great to hear Mike! I can't wait to get mine next week. If I like it, I might order another 60lbs of it. Thanks for your feedback.
Thanks,

Mike

Sorry to hear that. Mine was a nice selection of all sizes.

Maybe, lay a towel over it and smack it with a sledge hammer ???
