The 2 most common brands I see at the lfs are Kent Marine and Sechem. In your opinion which brand is better? Or is there a different brand that should be used?

I don't have any corals or anything special in my tank. I have hermits, snails, hitchhiker crabs and salliy light foots. Oh yes and my Yellow Tang. Is there anything I should be adding right now?

Food ;)

If you do regular partial water changes, you are adding all the trace elements you need. When you have some calcium consuming corals, you will want to add calcium and alkalinity supplaments as needed, but it is very debatable whether you should add trace elements. A rule of thumb: Do not add anything to the water you do not test for, and do not raise those levels higher than NSW levels.
