Hi all just noticed first bit of aiptasia growing right next to our pulsing Xenia. I'm all for using natural removal methods if possible. Has anyone any experience with nudibraches or peppermint shrimps ? Any advise or experiences much appreciated :)

I have experience with Peppermints shrimp. It work well to eat small aiptasias. Bigger ones must be removed with tastefull poison, like Aiptasia X.

Peppermint shrimps is great addition to the CUC, is also eat digitates hydroids when it starve. Don't feed fish food to your shrimp, or it may develop a preference for fish food more than aiptasia.

Some peppermints will eat aips, but not all. Filefish has been known to take care of all aiptasia among my local reefers.
