Ever since i hooked up my new halide on my tank my temp has risen to 82 degrees and i cant keep it down, anything i can do without a chiller?

Fans blowing across the water surface should lower the temp a few degrees. It will however increase evaporation.

Replacing and "in sump" or submerged pumps with in line pumps can lower the temperature a little bit as well.

Fan helps a lot, my little Iceprobe chiller isn't cutting it during the summer time. I put my fan on the same timer as my MH lights. When the MH come on, so does the fan. My chiller is on the timer my actinics are on.

I did the same thing as klam. Fan on same timer as the MH lights. It's a 6" desktop fan that I mounted to the back of the hood. I also have 2 small PC fans built into the hood but they don't do diddly.
