Blasto problem

What's going on here with my blasto. Have it for about a month now. Always doing well, very hardy. About 5 hours ago I got two nice mysis shrimp to stick to him and swallowed it in no time. Now its got the mark that looks like a pinch. Of coarse first thought was a fish nipped it. I find it highly unlikely in my tank. From my understand they don't split. Soooo any suggestions?

I really dont know about that but anemones shrivel up before they poop and for no reason sometimes. Hopefuly someone more knowledgible about this coral will chime in. Could just be wat nems do tho. GL!!!!!
 
You don't have a problem,it is doing great and extending itself.That is why sometimes they are even Mis-identified as open brain coral.
